"Troy carries out his civil works in a neat and orderly manner, site looks good during and afterwards.Again, a big part of this is his experience, he holds his guys to the same standard. Troy is very experienced, one of the best out there. His output would be double vs typical machine operator, hence why we have no qualms with him being on charge up / dayworks, Troy will price work as well but we have found charge up works better for us.... Troy has also been carrying out civil works at my own home build currently, which has extensive excavation works - 1000m3 cut & 1300m3 fill, silt controls, retaining walls etc. I would not be using him on my own place if I did not rate him."
